Goalie Training

Team practices are typically designed to develop proper technique for field players.  Goalkeepers are either included in the field player exercises or sent off to the side without any instruction. Goalies need specialized training.

Our training sessions are designed to teach proper shot stopping techniques and positioning that players can then practice during their own club team sessions.  The coaches teach how to read attacking players movements so the goal keeper is in proper position to make the save.  This allows the goal keeper to become a field general who can organize the defense in order to minimize shots on goal.

Striker Training

Players dream of scoring the winning goal in a tie game to bring home the trophy.  However, with so few scoring opportunities, it's hard to get the practice players need to become a confident finisher.

These innovate clinics are designed to teach players how to find opportunities to score.  Coaches take players through a sequence of drills that provide the repetition need to consistently put the ball in the back of the net.  These sessions are designed to train and develop offensive players to finish in any situation including off the dribble, in a directed run, and from set pieces.

- Heading and bicycle kicks
